New England Climate Control

A condensate pipe was leaking into one customer's ceiling, and Leslie had someone out within a few hours. That customer said it was over 120 degrees in the attic and the technician, Craig, didn't flinch. New England Climate Control describes itself as an HVAC installation and service company for residential and commercial customers and says it has 20 years in business. Jason R Heaton holds New Hampshire licence GFE0801915, which is active on the state registry. A recent customer who had a new furnace installed said the job came in $4150 lower than two other quotes. At an annual check-up on one customer's mini split, Alex cleaned it inside and out and gave a verbal report. A 2025 customer wrote that Alex fixed every issue and left no mess, though the visit ran just past its three-hour booking while waiting for a part. A 2025 customer said they used the company first for furnace service and then for their AC. A 2023 customer said Jason and his crew installed mini splits during a New Hampshire cold spell to meet the heating needs of the customer's 94-year-old mother. A 2022 customer wrote that the company installed a new furnace, central air and a hot water tank at a vacation home, sent updates by text through a few minor snags, and left the basement better than they found it. A 2021 customer with no heat at 10 degrees on a weekend said the company made them a priority even though it had not installed that home's heating system. A 2024 customer seeking an estimate for heating a barn workshop said the appointment was rescheduled five times and that Jason was at least 45 minutes late when he did come out. That 2024 customer said the quote arrived over a month later, after follow-up messages went unanswered, and by then they had scheduled an install with another company.
