John Rocheleau of ProTech HVAC recently consulted to me about my relatively new air conditioner that failed to deliver cold air when I tried it for the first time this summer during the heat wave of mid to late June. John was available promptly, and he was thorough and patient in helping me sort out the problem, teaching me about my HVAC system in the process. I wholeheartedly recommend John and ProTech without hesitation!
In the last year, John Rocheleau, Protech HVAC LLC, assisted us in the repair and improvement of a generator exhaust system and a System 2000 fuel oil furnace system. He responded quickly and effectively in both cases. He is highly knowledgeable in the HVAC field, and he would be the first person we would call for any HVAC issues we might encounter in the future. John has serviced my Oil system for multiple years and recently installed a whole house water filtration system for me. John has clear experience in the field and is more than just a technician. He doesn't just know how to install and maintain but he has a real sense for how to design and engineer a robust system.
This review is written on behalf of my husband and myself. It is in regard to the work performed by John of Protech HVAC on our house in Portsmouth. Our house was built in 1999 and in the Summer our HVAC system failed. John and Wendy worked for over a week in our attic at alarmingly high temperatures. John custom cut the ductwork and connected everything so it would be perfect. He also replaced the burner and created all new pipes with easy to read labeled valves. He actually holds the patent for the valves and they have not failed. It's like John has a PhD in HVAC. All you have to do is allow him to explain to you about the intricacies of the technology and how he troubleshoots and you will feel a sense of wonderment. He is brilliant, capable, and honest, the trifecta of what you want in a company that is providing your home with such a vital service.
John at HVAC Pro-Tech is the ultimate professional. . John has been taking care of my HVAC needs for 20 years. . Dependable, Responsible and responsive I can always count on John’s ability to solve the problem
