New England Custom Carpentry & Roofing

Most of New England Custom Carpentry & Roofing's permit trail is steady exterior work — re-roofs, window and siding replacement, kitchen and bath renovations — and then there is a $386,000 new single-family house in Methuen. Thirteen permits between 2009 and 2022, worked out of 819 Broadway in Haverhill, with Marc Fiscel listed as the owner. BuildZoom lists two Massachusetts home improvement contractor registrations for the business, #202350 and #188233. Check which of those is current on the state's own registry before you sign a contract. For a re-roof or a window-and-siding package around Haverhill, this is a shop with more than a decade of permitted work behind it. Ask about the permitted jobs closest to yours in size, who does the carpentry on site, and get the insurance certificates plus a couple of recent local addresses you can drive past.
