New House Renovation

New House Renovation is a Reading, Massachusetts general contractor run by Nilton, doing business as N Santos Inc. Angi's listing puts him at 6 years of experience, and the reviews on file describe a working relationship that goes further back than that. A realtor who has hired Nilton for construction and renovation projects for eight years called him honest, reliable, consistent, and professional, and said he gets the work done in a timely manner. Another longtime customer, writing in August 2026, said Nilton and his crew have handled multiple renovations for them over many years and called the work incredibly skilled. A third review, also from August 2026, described a full patio rebuild along with interior work, calling the results beautiful and high-end. All three reviews on file are five stars, and Houzz shows a 5.0 average across them. His listings also name bathroom remodeling and home additions alongside general contracting and home repair. For a renovation or addition project, the reviews point to a contractor that homeowners and at least one repeat-referring realtor keep coming back to.
