NEW PLACE Construction

I highly recommend this business. They pay attention to detail, completed the job on time, and left the place clean. Pricing was fair and transparent, definitely value for money.

Marcelo and his team have been wonderful to work with installing a sliding door on the back of my home. During the project the team ran into some challenges with electrical wiring being in a place not excepted and some areas of wrought on the exterior of the old door. Marcelo and his team had great communication with me through the entire project, bringing both of these items to my attention and suggesting the best way to fix the issues. Marcelo takes pride in his work and wants issues resolved correctly so homeowners do not run into issues again in the future. This company completed the project on my home as if it was their home. I plan to hire them in the future for additional projects around my home.

Beautiful set of stairs, a new compost bin- thank you

Marcelo loves fine carpentry, and it shows! His work is beautiful. We approached him about finishing out our garage, and he came up with an excellent plan that was executed to perfection. He also built our dream garage carriage doors from a drawing. And cleverly designed and made a small portal with a door for us to pass the EV charger through to charge the car when parked on driveway. Then he built a custom seat under a large window that he designed to complete our kitchen that was exactly what we’d hoped for, and the list goes on. It is a joy to contract with someone you can trust 100% to not only finish your project but also to do everything with meticulous care. We are so grateful to have found Marcelo.

Marcelo and his team built me a custom storage solution that I had seen online for my garage. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Marcelo did a great job communicating throughout the process to keep me informed on details and additional costs that came up so there were no surprises at the end. Highly recommend them and will definitely be hiring them for other carpentry projects. Thanks Marcelo!
