In an October 2020 review a customer described 850 square feet of porcelain going down on a basement floor, with the crew moving a heavy wood stove to finish it; a November 2020 reviewer had a basement and bedroom tiled over a week with the crew on site from about 7am to 6:30pm. A February 2021 customer picked them for a chevron-pattern kitchen backsplash and singled out Marco's cut work. They do take on the whole room. In an October 2021 review a seller had a 1950s pink bathroom redone in time to list her house, and said the estimate was honored even after plumbing complications, with the vanity set by his own plumber. And the pace of that record has slowed: most of the comments cluster in 2020 through 2022, with a single one since February 2024, most recently March 2026. Several earlier reviewers also refer to the company as 'New Style Flooring', so confirm the entity name on your contract. For tile work around Marlborough and MetroWest — a backsplash, a shower rebuild, a large floor, or a bathroom driven by its tile — this is a crew customers rehired for years and described as fast, tidy and precise.
