Doug is such a kind professional who we have used many times now to help us with various environmental tasks. He is very good at getting back to us quickly and he is very knowledgeable about many different pests and you can tell he truly cares about the critters. When he comes to treat our house he is always friendly and remembers details about our family life which makes the entire pest control process so much more enjoyable. We own a small retail business. Somehow we became totally infested with fleas. It became impossible to keep the business open. I called my exterminator we’ve been using on a monthly business for over twenty years and they told me they couldnt come out for two weeks. looked online and found Newcomb’s environmental services. They came out within two hours and treated the space. Problem was completely solved right away. They also came back two weeks later for a second treatment just for good measure. They even gave me a ninety day warranty. I am a new customer and highly recommend.

Fantastic Service. I cant say enough great things about Doug and Melissa. They are true professionals who removed a mother and 4 babies with compassion and love for the raccoons. They set the traps on Friday and the family of 5 were gone on Monday. Highly recommend their company.

Doug's response time was prompt. He showed up when he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgable, confident, caring and respectful. We had a giant hornet's nest removed.
