Newhouse & Sun has done beautiful work for us. They installed a new ceramic tile floor, baseboards and chair rails, light fixtures, new outlet plugs, construction on a new angled bay window, painting and more. Newhouse & Sun is our go to contractor for all of our construction and other related projects. They are wonderful to work with too! A complete let down. Had my bathroom remodeled by Dave who hardly ever showed up here but, his one guy would come for a few hours a day until I had to complain about how slow things went. They left the supplies all in my hallway congesting the house for me and my dogs. I had asked if I needed to clean out my garage for him and got an answer of “no no we shouldn’t need to use it. I had him move out a wall 2’ to accommodate a bigger shower and he put in the same as I had. He vented the fan through my closet which I was very clear about him not doing beforehand. He never cleaned up at the end of the day just piles of dust and debris. I found my dogs chewing on loose shingles that they just left out there. I told him not to do the extras and get the job done and the next day did the extras. My floor squeaks and is out of level with a noticeable hump. They came out to fix it and I swear nothing is different. I’m completely dissatisfied and ashamed that I put my trust in him. I was referred by a friend which obviously makes no difference to him. I even went to his house to have a man to man conversation and it didn’t seem to have any effect. Good luck if you use them. He stopped responding to me.

We had a complete floor to ceiling renovation of our home managed by Newhouse & Sun. Their work, recommendations & expertise were topnotch. We were very fortunate that a friend referred Newhouse & Sun to us and we continue to utilize them on any maintenance and updates we need on our “new” home.
