Google shows 4.5 stars from 35 ratings. In an August 2026 Google review, a homeowner hired Kevin to replace the emergency shutoff valve on the water main; he also added a second shutoff on the other side of the meter so the city can swap it without shutting water off at the street, and charged only the cost of materials for that extra work. A February 2026 reviewer said Kevin offered a cheaper furnace fix that worked instead of a full replacement, and another that month had the HVAC system re-installed and ductwork fixed after squirrels got in. In November 2025 reviews, customers described a boiler replacement and old cast-iron pipe replaced with PVC. Earlier accounts, from 2023 to 2025, describe same-day AC calls, full HVAC replacements and a heat pump and water heater install. A March 2024 reviewer wrote that technicians called later for maintenance said Kevin's HVAC installation was poorly done, and some declined the work as risky. An October 2023 reviewer said the problem came back in less than a month.
