Windows / Siding / Gutterswindow installationsiding installation
New windows, siding and gutters were all part of a job described by an A Whip City Siding & Window Co customer in June 2024. The homeowner praised Todd and the team for courteous, respectful work, the finishing touches and affordability. In May 2024, another customer who had both windows and siding installed said Todd was knowledgeable about the products and responsive and friendly when they had questions or concerns.
A June 2025 review raised a specific complaint: the homeowner said windows installed a few years earlier had been improperly flashed and that Todd was unwilling to admit fault or resolve the issue. They were uncertain how much additional damage might exist around other windows. That account contrasts with a January 2025 review praising siding work at the reviewer's mother's home and saying Todd was upfront with the family.
The company advertises vinyl siding installation, free estimates and insurance. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, with Todd Balser named as the registry holder. BBB describes the company's stated offerings as siding and gutter installation and repair, exterior crown molding, power washing, deck covers and awnings. Google reports a 4.5-star average from 17 ratings.
