NHR Group Inc is a Norwood, MA contractor, and a 2021 Houzz reviewer said Bill's team took out an old deck in one day and built the new deck in what the reviewer remembered as about 2-3 weeks. That 2021 reviewer said Bill gave clear expectations about the timeline for the building permit, and that the team kept the reviewer updated on the progress and did not leave a mess. A 2021 Houzz reviewer said NHR Group INC rebuilt and painted their back deck, and that the price was competitive with other quotes. In a 2021 Houzz review, a customer said Bill and his crew had remodeled the reviewer's kitchen and bathrooms and later tore down the front of the house to build a deck and install a sliding glass door and a woodburning stove with a hearth. That 2021 reviewer said they also used NHR for carpentry, tile, exterior and interior remodeling work at the 800+ unit townhouse community the reviewer managed. A 2020 Houzz reviewer said the company installed the windows of the house and finished on the time it said. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 193692, in the name of N.H.R. GROUP INC., is expired on the state registry. The BBB lists an A+ grade for the company. A 2021 Thumbtack customer said the company rescheduled an appointment for a quote, then didn't show up, and ignored messages asking if or when they would come by.

NHR Group INC just completed a rebuild and painting of our back deck to our house! Bill and his crew did a fabulous job. The “boss” (my wife) is very pleased The crew was very polite, informative and efficient with the work. The price was competitive with other quotes that I got. I will definitely be using Bill and NHR again and if asked would recommend them to anyone who inquires. Thanks Bill

Rescheduled appointment for quote, then didn't show up. Ignored my messages asking if/when they would come by.
I got seven different quotes to replace my porch and Bill was the last person I spoke with. From the beginning Bill was straight with me, giving me clear expectations about the timeline for the building permit and not over promising. His cost was comparable to the other more professional contractors I spoke with. Thankfully the permitting came in sooner than expected and NHR was able to get me the deck build in the time I needed. Bill's team took out the old deck in one day and built the new deck pretty quickly. If I remember correctly about 2-3 weeks. His team was very professional, and it was clear that they had experience and knew what they were doing. Very respectful, kept me updated on the progress, and did not leave me a mess. NHR is the best contractor I have worked with to date, and I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them. I have had nightmare situations with contractors but with Bill and his team you a great deck that meets the building codes. Viviana, Revere MA
I would highly recommend them.Awesome service. Work quality is awesome.
