A February 2025 reviewer had major kitchen and bathroom renovations done and singled out the craftsmanship and attention to detail. An October 2025 Angi reviewer had a porch built and called the crew efficient and the quality better than they expected. In May 2026, Naim and George handled window repair and general construction for a Norwood homeowner who noted the on-time start and the neat work. Another customer wrote in January 2026 that they had hired S&A many times and had been happy each time. The older reviews run the same way. A February 2020 customer wrote about a finished basement that keeps drawing compliments; in August 2019, a homeowner said their project was done two weeks early; a January 2020 reviewer said a few small changes were added mid-project without the fuss and delays they had braced for. One July 2026 reviewer named the thing a general contractor lives or dies by — his connections to solid subcontractors south of Boston. One detail to square up front: the company's own site says it was founded in 2018 and credits the owner with more than 15 years in the industry, while its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles claim 26 years of experience. For an addition, a full renovation, or a kitchen and bath done together with one person accountable for the schedule, this is a fitting call. Ask which subcontractors he would bring onto your job, and get the completion date and the budget written into the contract — that combination is exactly what the 2025 reviewer praised.
