NHR Group Inc. is a Norwood general contractor based at 715 Washington Street, with a Houzz listing in the Needham area that shows a 5.0 rating from 9 reviews. BBB gives the company an A+ grade and lists licence number 193692, and Thumbtack lists carpentry and flooring among its services and shows 23 projects. The two written customer accounts both come from Thumbtack in 2021 and point in opposite directions. In an August 2021 review, a customer called the work quality and service awesome and recommended the company. In an October 2021 review, a customer said the company rescheduled an appointment for a quote, then did not show up and ignored their messages asking when someone would come by. Thumbtack's rating stands at 3.0 from those two reviews. The directories give different figures for how long the company has operated: BBB reports eight years in business, Thumbtack 13 years, and Houzz more than 20 years of experience.
