Nice's Cleaning Services

Her previous cleaner kept canceling. A customer writing in May 2023 said she switched to Nice, who had not canceled once — and who changes the bed sheets every visit. Nice's Cleaning Services works out of 266 Greene St in North Andover and covers the Merrimack Valley: Andover, Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Boxford, Middleton, Reading and North Reading. The work is recurring house cleaning plus deep cleans, move-in and move-out, post-construction and Airbnb turnovers, with some light commercial on the side. Its Thumbtack profile lists four employees and twelve years in business, with the background check filed under the name Arionilse De Oliveira. On Thumbtack in 2023, one customer with a disability and long work hours described Nice and Isabella getting the house back in shape. Another, about eight months into a standing arrangement, wrote out the routine: sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting, washing floors, making beds, taking out the trash. A third had the team doing Airbnb turnovers between guests. On Google, a customer of three years renewed the recommendation in May 2026, and a February 2026 reviewer picked out punctuality above everything else. The numbers are worth seeing together. Thumbtack shows 4.6 stars across 11 ratings — 91 percent of them five-star, 9 percent one-star — with five written accounts rendered. Nine written reviews sit on file in total, running from 2023 to 2026. For a recurring clean in the Merrimack Valley, or turnovers on a short-term rental, this is a small owner-led crew whose customers describe steady scheduling and the same routine each visit. Ask which tasks fall inside a standard visit and which are priced as a deep clean, and confirm whether the same cleaners come back each time — reviewers here name the people, not just the company.
