Had a seemingly simple issue that became more complex. Neil was thorough, complete and always communicated everything he was doing. Fixed the issue and haven't had any problems since!
Neil responded very quickly to my Sunday night inquiry and was fantastic about scheduling. He was at my house next day despite a foot of snow falling that night. He texted when he was in route and even offered to bring me a coffee. When he arrived he was polite and professional. Troubleshot the issue within minutes, fixed it quickly, educated me on the problem and how to troubleshoot it myself in the future. He even looked at an unrelated plumbing issue while he was here and gave some advice. In and out in 45 minutes and followed up by text with a YouTube video with more information. Very reasonable pricing. So easy to work with. Will definitely call him again when I need help!!
Neil was great. Very professional and polite. Showed up when he said he would and with my schedule that is a big thing. Fixed our Samsung refrigerator like new. Would use him again and recommend him highly.
