A second radon test mattered to Tim and Julie Washburn: in their March 2023 Google review, they said Steve repeated testing after the first result showed unhealthy radon levels in their house. They also said he was helping them hire a remediation contractor. Nonotuck Inspection Services has a 5-star Google average from nine ratings, as of September 2026. Its dated customer accounts here concern work described in 2023. Customers described inspections that extended beyond the home's interior. In January 2023, one reviewer said Steve Tremblay provided drone images of their roof and found a moldy leak from the shower drain into the garage ceiling. That customer praised his response time. Another reviewer that month contacted Nonotuck after being told they needed a new roof; they praised Steve's thoroughness and said he also performed a radon test during the visit. The Washburns also described drone photographs of their exterior and land, which they expected to use when selling the property. In April 2023, another customer valued Steve's attention to the environment around the home, calling him kind and informative. A June 2023 reviewer recommended him for home inspection and drone video.
Steve was not only professional, but a great person to talk with. I highly recommend him for both home inspection and drone video. Super talented guy.
Steve is the best! No nonsense, kind and informative. What I really appreciate is how he took into account the environment around the home, the big picture, not just the home itself. This was invaluable to us! 10/10 would recommend.
Steve did a wonderful job of personally doing a first radon test of my house, and then a second test to confirm the results of the first test showing unhealthy levels of radon gas. He is also taking care of helping us hire a contractor to remediate the problem. The drone pictures he took of the exterior and our land will be very useful when we put the property on the market. We highly recommend his services. Tim and Julie Washburn
I was told I need a new roof so I contacted Nonotuck Inspection Services for an inspection by recommendation from a friend, and I am so glad I did! Steve was so professional and thorough and even was able to perform other services as well. I had him do a radon test while he was here and already have him lined up for some more work! Highly recommend!
Steve Tremblay of Nonotuck Inspection services is highly recommended and professional. He has a very fast response time and will provide a thorough and detailed inspection. He provided HD imaging of our roof using a drone. He found a moldy leak from our shower drain into the garage ceiling. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!
