When a ductless mini-split goes into a Danvers house, someone has to pull the electrical permit — and 105 times on record, that someone has been Norm Michaud. The work is strikingly consistent: mini-split installs and replacements, furnace and boiler changeouts, heat-pump swaps, mostly around Danvers and Beverly, usually under $5,000 a permit. BuildZoom's licence section reads 'Not Required', saying it verified back in February 2020 that he does not need a licence to work as an electrician in Massachusetts, while the same profile carries a Verified License badge. That is the directory disagreeing with itself rather than a statement about his credentials, so ask him for his licence number and check it with the state yourself. BuildZoom has received no customer reviews for him, so there is no rating here. A sensible call for a mini-split, a furnace swap or the wiring an HVAC changeout needs; the permits are small and repetitive, which says less about bigger projects.
