Ryan Norman and his team of subcontractors were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They built a 2-story garage designed to reflect roof lines in our contemporary house, built a small second story addition on the house (enclosing a problematic balcony), and re-sided the house with vertical metal siding, while working within conservation restrictions on our property. He and his team were flexible and timely in adapting to unexpected issues (rerouting all utilities that traversed the garage footprint), and in working with us to realize our unconventional siding choice. His initial quote was the most detailed, and lower than other received quotes; it was accurate, and easy to use for tracking project phases. There were adjustments as the work progressed, due to decisions driven by the actual build, but Ryan always consulted with us in a timely manner for resolution, and additional charges due to changes from the original contract were fair. The subcontractors were efficient, friendly, and hard working (long days). We highly recommend Norman Builders.

We had our new home built in Haverhill by Norman Builders. Our custom design is now a reality. It was reasonably priced and fairly seamless. Everyone on the team that I interacted with had a great attitude, which is invaluable when one endeavors to design + build a home in 2026.
