Normandin Roofing Inc

Normandin Roofing is a Dracut roofing company at 96 Pleasant St, listed on BuildZoom for roofing and skylight work, with James Buckley named as owner and James L Buckley as the responsible person. Its permit trail on BuildZoom runs to two Methuen strip-and-reroofs: 276 Pelham St, on a permit issued 21 Aug 2014 at a valuation of $11,000, and 24 Mulberry Cir, on a permit dated 3 Jun 2015 at $8,500. The Pelham St job carries something to raise directly with them — Methuen's building department recorded a $100 fine on that permit for working without a permit, and BuildZoom's page shows the permit as issued without further status. BuildZoom also lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #154068, for the company; look the number up on the state's registry yourself before you sign. For a straightforward tear-off and reroof, this is a small local outfit to get a price from. Confirm the company pulls the building permit in its own name before the tear-off starts, ask for a certificate of insurance, and ask for two or three recent addresses you can drive past.
