North Maine Woods Constructors is a Maine builder whose own site pitches whole projects: a new deck, carpentry, a kitchen renovation, a painted bedroom, an opened-up floor plan or new rooms. It lists a service area running from Holden, Bangor and Ellsworth to Millinocket, Augusta, Waterville and Bar Harbor, says it has been in business 15 years, and offers free estimates. Its written track record is from 2023 and 2024. In a December 2023 Google review, an out-of-state customer described the company jacking and leveling the family camp and setting it on a new post, with Mike sending updates and pictures throughout the project. Another December 2023 customer wrote that Mike met them on the job site, inspected the project and gave a quote in a timely manner, and that he and his crew kept a clean site; that reviewer added that NMWC "does it all." A third December 2023 reviewer called the business family-owned. In July 2024 a customer praised the crew and boss for finishing on time, staying in contact about changes, keeping costs down and leaving a neat job site, and noted that the company employs veterans. The company holds 5 stars from 8 Google ratings and an A grade from the BBB.

NMWC jacked, leveled and placed new post on our camp and exceeded my expectations.
