Its Better Business Bureau page carries an A+ grade and accreditation dating to October 2025. Houzz also lists an EnergyStar Homes award alongside 13 project galleries — the firm's own presentation of its work. What's missing is other homeowners. Neither the BBB profile nor the Houzz page carries a single customer review, so there is nothing here from people who actually hired them — no read on scheduling, budgets, or how the job went. BBB lists the business with one employee, which is worth understanding before a large project: ask who is actually on site and how the trades are assembled. A reasonable call for a homeowner who wants design and build under one contract, particularly on an accessibility-driven or energy-conscious remodel. Before signing, ask for references and photos from recent finished jobs, and confirm the construction supervisor licence CS-099115 that Houzz and its BBB page list — that number is the directories' claim, not something checked against the state registry here.
