North Summit Builders saved my project of renovating my home from total chaos. They are very professional and budget conscious to your needs and will do anything it takes to stay within your budget. They will work closely with you to make your vision and expectation become a reality. I have worked with many contractors and never have I had a contractor like Adam, to be honest and try his hardest to find ways to save you money and give you the best results to make your project better than you expected. His workers are very professional and pay attention to detail. If something is not quite to your liking they will redo it until it is without any complaint and they will not stop until you are completely satisfied. I never thought that I could completely renovate a 160 year home within my budget without Adam and his crew. I do not believe no one could of made my vision come true like he did without totally blowing my budget. I highly recommend North Summit Builders for any small project to a total home renovation including landscaping as well as decks and porches and believe me there are no cutting corners with this company. He gave me what I expected from a contractor and much much more.
They are professional and personable. They took care of a few things that were not on the estimate that they thought needed done. Just plain nice guys.
Excellent renovation job on our bathroom. The project required much more work due to hidden water damage but they handled it all and were very reasonable with the additional costs. Finished on time and were a pleasure to deal with.
I had them come take a look at my basement to see what they could do about making a bedroom and family room. Well, the idea's and conception of the dingy basement to a beautiful living area with a bedroom for my teenage daughter were incredible!! They transformed it into a thing of beauty all at a very reasonable cost. Adam is extremely cost conscious and will give you advice on the best way to go about getting the look you want for the best cost. You can't go wrong with them, and I plan on using them again soo.
Adam did a great job installing porcelain tile in our bathroom. He had very reasonable rates and was very professional. I would recommend Adam as he did an excellent job and pays attention to detail.
