We can't say enough about how pleased we were to have chosen Northeast and Joe Ricci to do repairs and construction in/on our house. He's great to work with, conscientious, hard working, knowledgeable and respected our time-frame. Among other projects he installed an elevator in our home and did some great problem solving to do so! He was on time and, believe it or not, UNDER budget! We would highly recommend Joe and Northeast to anyone for any project. He's also a good guy!

We hired Northeast Custom Builders to replace 5 windows in our home. They were professional, very skilled and left the house very clean each day they were here. We were so impressed with their work that we decided to have the remaining windows in our house replaced by them in addition to another project. I would definitely recommend them to others! Top notch!!!

The project is to build a new deck on the back of the house as well as re-siding and replacing both the front and rear doors of the house. They will also be painting the entire exterior of the house. The 2nd. phase to be done is replacing the windows and man door on the garage as well as re-siding and paint the garage. They just removed the old cement walkway, formed and poured a new concrete walk and it came out beautiful. I will forward pictures when the job is complete.

Joe Ricci is a resourceful contractor. Gerry built two beautiful high end houses for me. These were very complex projects such as glass bridges huge glass areas and big free span construction. He builds to high standards.
