A recent customer who had four other companies come in for an estimate called Shane the most reliable and honest of them, and said the process was quick and easy. Shane came over to inspect the work for another recent customer, then came back and personally went over the estimate. A third recent customer, who had just signed a contract to have a 3rd floor roof/balcony replaced, called him very knowledgeable, fair and respectful of their space. In a 2025 review, the work was done in one day, and the crew protected the property and cleaned up thoroughly after. A 2024 review says his team replaced the roof and hung gutters in less than 2 days of work. In another 2024 review, first-time homeowners wrote that Shane answered all their questions, and that their job also included relocating a pipe and dryer vent. When the distributor was out of one customer's shingle color in 2024, Shane gave a free upgrade on shingles to a very close match for the same price. In 2022, with weather threatening a delay, they moved an install up a day to beat the rain; the dumpster came the same day as the install and was gone the following day. A 2020 BuildZoom review says the company offers a financing option, and that customer opted for partial financing.
