Having my stairs done by this fine craftsman was the best experience I could hope for- the contractor is courteous, prompt, considerate of my home, and, fantastic communication. He did not make a move without consulting me first; the quality of the work is amazing, and done within a fast time frame. I would recommend highly to others, and use them again.

I was in the process of remodeling my home and went to my good friend whom owns Floormart in Palmer, Mass to select new hardwood flooring as I decided to put it in throughout my entire house. I ended up selecting a distressed hickory flooring from Floormart. I have used a great deal of contractors in the past that specialize in hardwood flooring and tiling, however they were busy on other jobs with some being mine because I am in the business of flipping houses and commercial real estate development. With that being said, I asked the owner of Florrmart -Jim to refer me to whom he uses and he sent in Northern Flooring company (Oleg). He was highly recommended and also does work for some other contractors that I know and they like me are very particular in making sure their jobs comes out with complete perfection. I can honestly say in my 20 years of working on real estate projects, I have never had a company work to this extent and words cannot explain his talents. He and his workers did amazing work, extremely detailed, and a job that would have taken my other contractors a week plus, he did it in half the time and made sure throughout the entire project that the home stayed spotless as we were living her while we did this huge remodel. Because of his superior work I immediately asked him to do all the tiling in my 5 bathrooms, consisting of the showers and all the floors and that too came out amazing and the people who came into my home immediately asked who did this jaw dropping work, and of course I gave them their cards and since then has done a great deal of work for them and everyone is so pleased and grateful that I recommended him and would never use anyone else going forward, nor would I. He is also one of the most respectful individuals that I have met and cares so much about his work and the person he is working for and that made my wife and I so comfortable. He exceeded the deadline by a landslide, his knowledge in the industry is top notch and anyone that uses him which I highly recommend will see exactly what I am referring to. I could go on and on about Oleg, his company and his workers. Hands down the best investment I made on this project and I am very particular in whom I recommend to others as it is a reflection on me, and as I stated above I would suggest that anyone that needs this type of work done to call his company as it you will not regret it and sure when he is done recommend him to all your friends and family. Hope this is helpful in anyone looking for an amazing company to hire as I can assure you, once it is completed you will be asking if he can do this for you and other projects in your home. Class act company and again would never use anyone else but them going forward on all my many projects.

We had hardwood floors installed and refinished by northern flooring and they did an outstanding job. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. We have since recommended them to multiple people. Thanks again Ryan & Kristin

Had A LOT of damage on hardwood floors after just moving in. Nails and staples sticking out of the floor as well as black paper substance that seemed to be glued down and had bled into the wood in some areas. There were sections where it had been cut out and Oleg replaced the missing sections with matching wood, removed all the nails and staples, sanded past the staining, filled minor holes, and managed to save a floor I thought I would have to cover up. Refinished a few thresholds for me as well which really helped the house flow from room to room, something I hadn't even thought of until he suggested it, for no extra cost. Also moved a lot of my own renovation equipment I had left in the way and stacked it neatly in an accessible location. Very reasonably priced and actually finished 2 days before his projected time table. Have and will continue to recommend him to everyone that needs work done and plan on having him back myself to do some LVP in other rooms in the house.
