My central AC started blowing warm air on the 3rd day of a heat wave. I purchased my system through Sears and Elijah had performed regular system maintenance on behalf of Sears who now seems uninterested in providing or honoring service contracts. I reached out to Elijah who responded and completed the repair within a few hours. Thank you.

"Reliable" isn't just part of the business name, it's a fact, when you have work done by this company. We've had them do our plumbing and heating, and each job was done to perfection. They're professional, polite, punctual, and always available on a moment's notice, for emergency repairs. I've literally never seen a company so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Elijah has been helping my mother for the past few years with a contract she had with Sears even though Sears is not reliable Elijah with a reliable mechanical contractors is very reliable courtesy just wonderful company. If you want the best give them a call
Poor customer service. Don't know how to communicate with customers. Very rude ,Short tempered . I don't recommend this company . $150.00 just to lite pilot .
