Its BBB listing says the company offers design of kitchens, baths, home theater and offices, and states that it does additions. In a 2020 review, a customer said Vreli put together a plan for renovating their two bathrooms and that Mark, the owner, and Steve then carried it out; that 2020 customer said they kept them informed of each phase of the renovation. A 2017 review described a granite countertop replaced in the master bathroom, with the work done on time. In a 2015 review, a customer who interviewed several kitchen design and build firms described the design process with Alyssia and the demolition, construction and installation of appliances with Mark; that 2015 customer said they then hired Not Just Kitchens for another job to remodel a bathroom. I have worked with Mark and his team at Not Just Kitchens on several projects. They are all consummate professionals, and are a pleasure to work with. Not only have they deservedly earned their awards for design work, the installations are top-notch. Mark's meticulous attention to detail, ethical work standards and centralized focus on doing what it takes to ensure his clients' satisfaction have always impressed me. Being a contractor myself, I witness other contractors' work on a daily basis. The quality of work I see in Mark's projects is exceedingly rare in the contracting and building industry. I tend to judge the standards of a craftsman in the way they handle the details no one else would ever notice. Because it's important to them that things be done right, no matter what. I have seen Mark go out of his way to do it "just right" or have heard him say to himself "no, I'm not happy with the way that turned out" and take the time to do it to his expectations (often times higher than the client's). For these reasons it's always an honor to work with Mark on a project and for these reasons I'm confident in referring my own clients to Not Just Kitchens whenever occasion arises.
