Notev Building & Remodeling

Notev Building & Remodeling, run by Dimitar Notev and formerly known as Dream Construction, is a general contractor based in South Dennis doing bathroom and kitchen renovations, decks, additions and new construction across Cape Cod. BuildZoom lists an active Massachusetts construction supervisor license for the business, along with an earlier one-and-two-family supervisor license now inactive, and shows 28 permitted projects across Cape Cod towns from 2015 to 2025, ranging from small repairs to a $110,700 project. The one written review on file, from 2026, is sharply negative: it described a small garage-to-living-space conversion that took almost two years to complete, with the contractor often difficult to reach, and called the finished workmanship well below par, urging others to seek other bids. With only one review to go on, and that one describing serious delays and communication problems on a small project, anyone considering this contractor should ask directly about current project timelines, get a firm schedule in writing, and check references from recent jobs before signing a contract.
