NRB Roof Pros customers describe roof replacements finished in a day, with the yard cleaned afterward. A customer writing on Google in April 2026 said two neighbors had recommended the company after their roofs were replaced. For the customer's own job, a large crew covered everything with tarps, finished in a day and thoroughly cleared the debris. The reviewer also described Nicholas as communicative and quick to respond. The South Hadley company advertises roof replacement, roof repairs and emergency roof repairs. Its website names GAF and CertainTeed roofing systems, offers free estimates and says the business is insured. It lists a service area including Springfield, Chicopee, Agawam, Holyoke, Westfield, Amherst and Belchertown. Pricing praise is specific to the customers who gave it. A June 18 reviewer described Nick's price for a new roof as fair and praised the workmanship and courteous crew. A June 11 reviewer called the price reasonable, said the roof work took one day and described a cleaned yard that looked as though no one had been there. The April 11 customer called the quote “one of the best quotes we had gotten on our roof.” An April 23 reviewer hired the team for a new roof and gutters and said the project was completed within about two weeks of the quote. Another customer, writing on April 12 about a first roof replacement, described Nic as approachable and easy to work with and the team as fast, efficient and tidy. Google rates NRB Roof Pros 4.9 stars from 55 ratings.
I recently had a new roof installed by NRB Roof Pros, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Nick’s price was fair, the workmanship was top-notch, and the crew was professional and courteous. My new roof looks fantastic, and I highly recommend NRB Roof Pros to anyone looking for quality roofing work. Excellent experience from start to finish!
Nick at NRB did a great job on our roof. Price was reasonable and workmanship was awesome. Took only one day and our roof was down yard cleaned up and it looked like know one was even there. Would highly recommend
Nic and the NRB Roof Pros Team exceeded any expectations I had going into getting a new roof and gutters done on my house. From start to finish the NRB Team was beyond professional. They completed the project within 2 or so weeks of quoting the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their house.
Nic and his team did an awesome job on our new roof. He is approachable, easy to work with, honest- and cares about the product provided. The team was fast, efficient, and tidy. Being our first time replacing a roof, I was really dreading the process, but after getting quotes and meeting Nic, it was an easy choice and process. It is a bonus to support a highly rated local business right in town. We highly recommend NRB Roof Pros after this excellent experience. (And the roof looks beautiful, too.) A++
Our two neighbors got their roofs replaced by NRB, and they recommended them highly. As far as what we saw, they came with a good sized crew and did the job in a matter of hours. So, we asked for a quote, and not only was it one of the best quotes we had gotten on our roof, but Nicholas was very communicative and quick to respond, and they did a great job. Again, a large crew came, they covered everything with tarps, even though there was a lot of work to be done, they finished in a day, and we were amazed that they did a very thorough job of cleaning up the debris afterwards. I’ve already recommended NRB to clients of mine.
