Nu-Home Remodeling Contractors, Inc.

Nu-Home Remodeling Contractors is a full-service remodeling and custom home construction company. Its Houzz Pro profile lists it in Natick, Massachusetts and says it has operated since 1992, serving 14 or more towns; BuildZoom's profile lists a business address at 140 Hopkinton Road in Upton, Massachusetts, with Michael Audette as owner. Building permit records show four projects in Newton and Framingham between 2005 and 2012, and the company's Houzz and BuildZoom profiles each list four more recent projects — additions, custom homes, restorations, and framing work among them. Houzz's service list also includes garage building, guesthouse construction, and pool house construction. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license, #202403, for the company, and an earlier license, #121942 — check the state registry directly for either one's current status. BuildZoom also gives the company a BZ Score of 93. For a custom home build, addition, or larger remodel in the MetroWest area, confirm the current license status directly with the state and ask for references from a couple of its recent projects.
