The Boston company's Better Business Bureau profile carries an A+ grade. A May 2025 review gets at how the rodent work is done: the customer said every spot where mice droppings turned up was noted, and every gap that got plugged was photographed. A January 2025 customer who had fought mice for months after a remodel said the call was answered the next day, poison went down, and three weeks later the mice were gone. A March 2025 reviewer managing two properties described the same sealing-up of entry points at both. Insects fill out the rest of the year. A 2024 reviewer described one spring ant treatment that held through the season; another that year said hornets and wasps, including nests inside the siding, get dealt with annually. More recently, a June 2026 customer with bed bugs had a technician out within the same week, and an April 2026 review described a carpenter-ant emergency answered right away. The company's site says it treats insects, rodents and termites for homes and businesses and offers organic options; an April 2024 reviewer with dogs and children said the products used were non-toxic. Two accounts run the other way, both from 2024. In August 2024, a 1-star reviewer wrote that after paying, they were told he would be back the following week for some remaining areas, and that texts and phone calls had gone unanswered two months later. In December 2024, a 3-star reviewer updating their post said the reply they received pressed them to change the rating rather than offer a solution. For mice and rats and the seasonal ant and wasp rounds — especially across rental or multi-unit property, where several reviewers say they use him repeatedly — this is a sensible call, and the exclusion work is where customers get most specific. Before booking, get in writing what a follow-up visit covers and when it happens, and ask what the treatment includes if the pests come back.
