Another customer writing that November described a separate plumbing emergency: Olsi got the situation under control within minutes, explained what was happening and checked for other potential problems. OAM Plumbing offers plumbing, boiler, water-heater, gas and heating-system installation and repairs. Its website describes a master plumber with more than 20 years of experience. Customers name Olsi in accounts of repairs and installations; Google reported five stars from 26 ratings in August 2026. The company license needs a separate mention. Massachusetts company plumber license 5249-PL-C, held by OAM Plumbing Gas Heating LLC, was verified expired against the state registry in August 2026. This is the company license, a distinct credential from a plumber's personal master license. The jobs described by customers include a December 2025 oil-tank repair, for which the reviewer credited Olsi with explaining the problem in simple terms and checking that everything was running safely before leaving. A different December customer described plumbing work for two bathrooms in a rental property. In November 2025, one customer said Olsi installed three water heaters at their house; another described a boiler installation and praised the clean work. A November 2025 water-filter customer described details beyond the filter itself. Olsi installed a shutoff valve and additional piping to route water around the filters, and added a screw to hang the filter key. The customer said he explained how the bypass would help if the filters clogged or they needed to use a lot of water. Other November 2025 accounts praised explanations and cleanup. One said everything was explained clearly before starting, and separately described the price as fair with no surprises. That customer also said the workers arrived on time and left the area clean. A different customer described quick appointment scheduling, respect for the home, cleanup and checking that everything worked before the workers left.
