In an April 2026 Thumbtack review, a customer said Rob installed their EV charger, checked in on the day the charger was due to arrive, and made an extra trip for materials. An April 2026 Google reviewer said he replaced an outlet and fixed old wiring for nearly half another company's quote, and a March 2026 reviewer said he disconnected and capped a gas range line and tested for leaks. Customers also described a chandelier installed in November 2022 and security cameras in March 2026. A June 2026 Thumbtack reviewer said that minutes after booking an estimate visit they got a text saying "I don't have time for this right now", and a March 2025 Google reviewer said he didn't show for a scheduled job or call back. In a January 2023 Thumbtack review, a customer said he arrived two hours late, left mid-job for two hours to buy supplies, did subpar work and left the wall a mess after moving an outlet and hanging a TV.
