ohDEER Cape Cod

A customer writing in August 2026 says they have not seen ticks or mosquitoes since starting ohDEER treatments and praises Christian Z's work. ohDEER Cape Cod describes its service as all-natural tick, mosquito, deer and rabbit control. The company says David Mulcahy owns and operates the local franchise, which launched in 2015; its history says he joined the Cape team in 2016. A Morse Insurance article also identifies him as owner and operator of both the Cape Cod and South Shore businesses. The company advertises free estimates and names a service area including Sagamore Beach, Mashpee, Sandwich, Falmouth, Marston Mills, Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Eastham and Harwich. Its customer accounts describe technicians spraying yards and addressing particular areas. In July 2026, one customer said the worker covered a woodpile that had been infested with ticks. Another said John R knocked and called after noticing their cat beneath a car, checking that they were comfortable with spraying. Several customers describe explanations and attention to their requests. A June 2026 reviewer said Kevin addressed areas of concern and supplied information. Another said Tiago knew about an upcoming party and attended to their concerns, while a May customer said he explained how he would cover everything. A separate May account praised Thiago's first spray and the tips he offered. A May customer said Ben left a message specifying the treatment time and what he applied; their first application had been two days after signing up. Coverage has also drawn questions. An April 2026 customer was unsure whether the backyard had been treated: they saw work on the sides but not the back and asked for confirmation. In June, another customer praised Kevin for respraying areas someone else had missed. A May customer praised Kevin's work while remarking that mosquitoes and ticks were still reproducing. Older accounts describe both treatment results and care during application. In a July 2025 review, a customer using ohDEER for the first summer reported very few mosquitoes and no ticks and said they would become a repeat customer. A June 2025 reviewer said Kevin V adjusted his route to let them finish mowing, returned in the promised 90 minutes and had previously accommodated their swimming schedule. In July 2024, a customer said Mike H sprayed throughout the property while keeping spray off vegetable gardens. A September 2022 customer said an evening email about extra mosquitoes and visiting guests was followed by a spray visit the next morning.
