Most homes have a 275-gallon tank, and a delivery usually fills whatever is left in it — so pick how many gallons you need. The total is before any fees or taxes.

Oil4Less is an Easthampton heating oil company, and a recent Google reviewer said they paid for an oil delivery at the beginning of May and nothing had been delivered as of June 6th. That customer said voicemails left over several days went unreturned, so they left work and drove 30 minutes to the office, where they were told, "Oh yeah, we got your messages," and the oil was then arranged for delivery by the end of the day. The same customer said they were handed a magnet with a different phone number than the one listed on the company's website and Google page. The company describes itself on its website as a family-owned business selling home heating oil and propane, and lists a service area that includes Easthampton, Chicopee, Springfield and Palmer. A 2025 r/massachusetts commenter wrote that they ordered 100 gallons, the minimum, for 2.89 a gallon through Oil4Less. A 2025 r/westernmass commenter wrote that Oil4Less seems like the cheapest that delivers to Chesterfield. A recent Google reviewer said they called more than 10 times and couldn't get ahold of anyone while in need of oil for heat and hot water. A 2026 Google reviewer said they explicitly asked whether they needed to be home for a delivery and were told no, then came home to an empty tank and were told the oil was not delivered because no one was home to answer questions. That 2026 reviewer said a partial delivery was later made after a call was missed by 5 minutes, the rest would not be delivered, and a refund request for the residual got a "maybe." A 2025 Google reviewer said they paid for a delivery that still had not arrived a week later, and that no one picked up the phone or returned their messages.

I called more then 10 times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone it’s kinda ridiculous when people are in need of oil for heat n hot water and I’m sure there more people then me that can’t get thru thank you for nothing
I honestly don't have words for this experience. We paid for our oil delivery at the beginning of May. As of June 6th, nothing had been delivered. We left a voicemail on Saturday so it would be waiting for someone first thing Monday morning. Keep in mind, the service had already been paid for over a month earlier. Monday came mid-day no call back. We continued calling throughout the day and left multiple messages. No one called back. Tuesday, we called again—still no answer and no return call. At that point, I had to leave work and drive 30 minutes to the office just to get an answer. When I walked in, employees were standing around laughing and chatting. I thought perhaps the phones were not working. However, after explaining why I was there, I was told, "Oh yeah, we got your messages." So you received all of my voicemails, but nobody could take 30 seconds to return a phone call? Instead, I had to take time away from work and spend money on gas to drive to your office. The response I received was, "Yeah, that's crazy it wasn't delivered. We can have it delivered by the end of the day." While I appreciate that the delivery was finally arranged, that does not replace the hour of wages I lost leaving work, the gas I used driving there, or the fact that you had our money for over a month without providing the service that was paid for. To make matters even more frustrating, I was handed a magnet with a different phone number than the one I had been calling, even though the number I called is listed on your website and Google business page. Thanks would have been better if you just returned our phone call since in fact you did get our messages. So if I hadn't driven out there myself, would I have ever received the oil, or would I still be leaving messages and waiting for a call back?
Will never be using again. Wish I could give 0 stars. Disclaimer: be home for a delivery from these people. They tell you it's not necessary but will screw you if you're not there to stop them. Ordered oil 10 days ago, expected delivery yesterday. Yesterday, we come home to an empty tank. This morning we called and were told oil was not delivered because we weren't home to answer questions - we explicitly asked if we needed to be home and were told no, so we were at work. Also, no one called us to ask the question, ask us to come home, or tell us the delivery wasn't happening; we just came home to an empty tank and called ourselves this morning, giving us no time to request off work today to ensure a delivery today goes smoothly. Today, my husband, while working at his job, missed a call by 5 minutes, returned the call and was told the same question needed to be answered (the question he clarified on the phone this morning), and because he missed their call a partial delivery was made and the residual would not be delivered, they would not be coming back. When he asked for a refund for the cost of the residual because we would not be using this company again, they said "maybe". If we do not see a return within a week we will be reaching out to our credit card company to dispute the charge. Terrible experience.
They are really bad. Paid for the delivery and a week later not delivered. I tried calling and no one to pick the phone. Let a message and there are no calls returned. Very frustrating. They have your money but can't deliver nor get to the phone.
