Mark was available and at my home within 60 minutes of posting on Thumbtack. He put together a closet unit and even secured or to the wall. He was profesional, tidy, and efficient. He gave me his price before he came out and accepted payment when the job was complete. I'm very happy with his work and would rehire him again.
I reached out to Mark for help installing a replacement thermostat for our radiant floor heating in the primary bath - a straightforward job, which I made more difficult by dropping one of the wires into the wall prior to his arrival. He was unflappable, and supremely competent. He helped me fish the sensor back out of the wall and completed the original task in what seemed like no time at all. He was punctual, professional, cleaned up after himself and, most importantly, the thermostat works perfectly. He's patient and has a ton of integrity. He will be my first contact next time I am out of my depth with any home maintenance or improvement task. Highly recommended.
