One Way Home Improvements did a fantastic job on our deck replacement. They took down the old deck saving all the bracing that was salvageable. Then replaced a 10x10 deck with a 16x12 deck. They had 2 very respectable, professional young men that did the work. We couldn't be happier with their work. During the process they cleaned up every evening when they were done. We used the Trex decking system and they made sure every detail was perfect. From the "picture fame" edged stairs to the additional gate that we asked for. Everything is secure and tight. Jarbas (the boss) checked on them and delivered the supplies they need. This was a very well run group of guys. And they were fast. It took less than a week to get the deck we wanted. And the value was incredible. Very reasonable, less than half what some of the other contractor were quoting Very Happy With The Results. Even though our HOA was throwing paperwork obstacles in their path we were able to work through those and get the job done. Get a quote from these guys... You won't be sorry, and you'll save a few thousand $$$.
