One Way Painting & Construction

One Way Painting & Construction gets called most often for the job that makes a house look repainted without a drop of paint. A homeowner who had a 40-plus-year-old white house soft-washed in June 2023 said it came out looking newly painted. In October 2024, one customer had the roof and siding of the house and garage cleaned; another that month had mold, lichen and spiderwebs washed off. The company's site names Ailton Ferreira as owner and says it has served Medfield and surrounding Massachusetts towns since 2019; its Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles place it in Natick and describe it as family-owned, with free estimates. Google shows 5.0 across 23 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.9 from 37 ratings, 95 percent of them five stars. The painting half of the name shows up too. A January 2024 customer had four bedrooms, a powder room and an open kitchen, living and dining area painted. A February 2024 customer had a couple of walls and some trim done, called the crew quick, neat and clean, and came home to finished work. In an April 2023 review, a homeowner found the painters who came to the house polite and professional, and a 2022 customer recommended them for painting or carpentry after a basement job. The smaller courtesies repeat across the years. A 2020 Angi reviewer had the gutters cleaned, was shown a pre-existing minor issue, and had the crew come back a couple of days later with a replacement part at no charge; a 2019 reviewer called the gutter work reasonably priced. In a June 2025 review, a homeowner had a white vinyl fence cleaned and noted that the surrounding vegetation and bushes were protected while the worker did it. One thing to square before you book: the site says the company has been at this since 2019, while both directory profiles list 16 years of experience — ask which. For exterior washing and interior repaints around Medfield and Natick, this is a straightforward call. In an April 2025 review the contractor came to the house to quote and completed the job as promised — ask for the same, with the surfaces, the method and the price written down before anyone starts.
