Onix Cleaning Services is a high-volume operation out of Everett — the review count alone (606 on file, 602 five-star Google ratings on one profile and another 382 on a second) sets it apart from most single-crew cleaners, and reviewers keep describing multi-person teams that move fast: a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house finished in 2.5 hours, a 2-bed 2-bath move-out turnaround in 2 hours for $350, four women sent to a 750-square-foot deep clean after a previous company had sent only two and left the job unfinished. Loyalty over time comes through in the specifics. In a 2026 review, one customer said they'd used Onix's team for years, calling the results consistently thorough. Another 2026 review described Kaillainy's crew cleaning a Beacon Hill home for about a year with consistent punctuality and communication. In a 2025 review, a customer described using Onix for over a year for irregular corporate-apartment cleanings, saying it was easy to text and book the next visit. And in a 2026 review, a longtime customer described hiring Onix to clean her late mother's home so she could handle the estate without triggering her allergies — a job she said was handled with care. In an April 2026 Reddit thread, a poster who has Onix come bi-weekly said it is under $200 per visit, which they called fair for the market, and that the company has the best communication of the services they had tried. Not every visit lands the same way, though. In a February 2026 review, a roughly two-year customer described a cleaning left with four lights on and items placed randomly around the home; a 2026 review described items moved to different spots and a bracelet broken during a visit; and in 2025 reviews, customers described a canceled appointment after the company said it lacked property photos, and a price raised after the first clean. A 2024 review specifically said results depend on which crew gets sent. They're a solid pick for a fast, larger-crew clean, especially move-in/move-out turnovers — worth confirming in writing what happens if you need to reschedule or cancel, and doing a walkthrough before the crew leaves, given the handful of accounts describing inconsistent results.
“Onix Cleaning is great. We have them come bi-weekly for a 2B/2B and it’s under $200 per visit which is fair for the market. We tried a few other services in the past but this company has the best communication and the girls are really nice/efficient.”
“I have seen rave reviews about Onix cleaning, and they consistently pop up in searches, but I don't know how real that is.”
The team did an amazing job. This was a move out clean and there was a lot to do, more than originally anticipated. The team did it all beautifully. I intend to hire them on a regular basis for my new apartment.
Crew did a great job. Arrived on time and did everything they were asked to do. The apartment looked great when they were done.
Luiz and his team did a phenomenal job deep cleaning our house. They completed our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home in 2.5 hours, cleaned everything we asked for and we respectful for our home.
Have used the cleaning services from the team at Onix for years. They are dependable, professional, and do such a consistently fantastic job. Highly recommend them!
Kaillainy and her team at Onix Cleaning have been cleaning my home in Beacon Hill for about a year, and I truly can't recommend them enough. They are consistently on time, incredibly communicative, and always do such a thorough, detailed job. Every visit leaves my home spotless, and it's clear they take a lot of pride in their work. They're also impressively efficient without ever sacrificing quality, and it's been such a relief knowing I can always count on them. Kaillainy and her team are professional, kind, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning service,
