I wish I could give Danny 10 stars. After my divorce, I inherited all the pool responsibilities, despite knowing absolutely nothing about pools. I had used the same pool company for years and, when I knew the heater needed to be replaced, I hired them to do it during the pool opening. They swapped the heater, left, and when things still weren’t working right, I was basically told the water was low, and I needed salt. Enter Danny. He called me back immediately, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and patiently walked me through everything without ever making me feel like an idiot. As someone suddenly trying to learn pool ownership on the fly, that meant a lot. He took the time to diagnose the actual problems, explained things in a way I could understand, and charged very fair prices. What stood out most wasn’t just his knowledge, it was how responsive, honest, and genuinely helpful he was. When you’re dealing with an expensive repair, having someone you trust is priceless. If you need pool service, call Danny. Seriously. Save yourself the aggravation and just call Danny. My kids are convinced he’s better than Santa because when he shows up, things magically start working again. At this point, I’m not entirely sure they’re wrong.
Dan gave me great unbiased advice. Strongly recommend.
I hired Dan after closing on a house in May. I couldn’t be happier. Reasonable prices, great service. Super responsive to texts and questions. Very professional. Don’t hesitate !
So happy to have found Onsite Pool service. We got late start to the pool season and had been challenged with getting the water right, and finding help troubleshooting our automatic pool cleaner . Danny came within a day of me reaching out and got my pool cleaner going,, cleaned my filter and salt generator and got my pool water perfect within a couple of days. We’re now enjoying our pool and happy to know there’s a reliable pool service when needed.
We had Danny from Onsite Pool Service come out to clean our pool, which was full of leaves. He was fantastic! Not only did he do an excellent and thorough job getting all the leaves out, but he also took the time to explain some simple maintenance tips so we can keep our pool looking great between visits. We really appreciate the extra effort and knowledge. Great service!
