OP Construction Company

OP Construction Company, based in Malden, is run by an owner named Octavio and has built its Angi profile around wood flooring installation and repair — the company's own listing there claims 21 years in the trade and notes 'Se habla espanol'. The written record is thin: just two Angi reviews, both from 2017, and both positive. In a 2017 review, one customer said Octavio worked them into his schedule quickly, ahead of other jobs already lined up. In another from the same month, a customer called the price reasonable and was happy with the finished work. Its Houzz listing frames the same Malden address very differently — as a full general contractor offering kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, drywall installation and insulation work across 50 Greater Boston and North Shore towns. The two accounts on file line up with the flooring specialty Angi describes, so this reads best as a call for a flooring job first — get specifics and current licensing in writing before taking on any of the broader remodeling work Houzz lists.
