In a 2025 review, a customer with a 1910 house in Florence said active knob and tube wiring had to be replaced or they would lose their insurance. That 2025 customer said another contractor quoted $15,600, Orchard quoted $8,100, and Kevin and Ramone finished a day earlier than estimated, so the final charge was $6,500.
