Seven of the eight Google reviews quoted from the last six months are 5 stars. One July 2026 customer has Theo as a regular service tech and says a mouse problem was fixed quickly, with regular maintenance since; another praised a tech who sprayed where they thought the nest was and a couple of other likely spots. Two recent reviewers say their technician explained the work, and Adam and Alex are each named in one or two. In a March 2026 review, new homeowners said Orkin's pest and rodent inspections found problems their home inspection company missed, then resolved bat and mouse issues and installed new insulation. The complaints are about getting an appointment to happen as agreed. Six 1★ to 5★ reviews from 2022 to 2026 describe scheduling or phone trouble. In June 2026, one person said an appointment was booked that they never agreed to, they sat on hold with cancellations for over half an hour, and the branch was closed despite listed 24-hour hours. A September 2025 reviewer said the tech was over an hour late with no apology. In a 2024 review, a customer described a tech arriving an hour and 15 minutes early, then a promised 30-day follow-up that never came and unanswered voicemails, and they ended their account. A 2023 reviewer wrote that a job was left half done because the crew ran out of time and was then marked complete. The treatments themselves get credit even from some critics: a 2023 reviewer called the service good but said the scheduling team kept cancelling at the last minute.
