Outside Cleaners LLC

Cedar shingles, weathered clapboards, roofs and decks are the surfaces homeowners describe hiring Outside Cleaners to clean. The Brewster company says it has operated since 2012 as an owner-operated family business, with Nate Church, his wife Leah and their son Alex. Its stated Cape Cod service area runs from Eastham to Dennis, including Orleans, Brewster, Harwich and Chatham, and it offers residential and commercial exterior cleaning. A homeowner writing on Google in April 2026 described trying soft washing on 50-year-old clapboard siding that had never been cleaned. They said the process brightened the clapboards, praised Nate's fair price, and also had him address a mossy section of roof. Another customer, writing in May 2026, described cleaning that removed grime from cedar shingles, aluminum siding, gutters, house trim and an outdoor shower. That customer said Nate coordinated the work around the homeowner and the weather, and that booking well in advance was necessary. His advice can also mean declining a cleaning job. A June 2026 Google reviewer said Nate inspected their roof, gave a straightforward assessment and advised them to save their money instead of purchasing an expensive cleaning service. The customer specifically praised his responsiveness and willingness to help without getting the job. In a May 2025 Google review, Mike in Orleans described a larger cleaning job: four Azek decks, including railings and the underside of one second-story deck, outdoor furniture, a pergola, pool patio stones, an outdoor shower, parts of the roof, and other exterior surfaces. He said Nate finished it in one day and that he was happy with how clean everything was. A customer writing in June 2025 praised the results of power washing their home and deck and described the pricing as affordable and fair. Google displays a 5-star average from 101 ratings. The Better Business Bureau gives the business an A+ grade; it is not BBB accredited. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 173238, is expired according to the state registry. The company's website describes exterior cleaning as an unregulated trade in Massachusetts, but that statement does not change the expired status of its existing registration.
