A 2024 reviewer wrote that Gabe Baker installed a new booster pump at their home after Paul Canestri helped with the purchase. In a 2024 review, a customer said Gabe fixed a leak in a copper pipe behind the bathroom vanity and gave suggestions on what to do going forward. They could have very easily charged us more for unnecessary work but they were upfront and explained in detail what they did and why. We have inherited a bit of a water nightmare in our home which will need continued maintenance and repair and you can be sure we will be sticking with these guys for years to come.

We've had Canestri Plumbing out to our house twice since closing in June 2024. Both times they have been able to diagnose, solution, and implement fixes within a couple of hours. Their costs are reasonable and expertise is top-notch. Most recently Jason and Corey installed a new "p" trap in the drainage line from our washing machine. They were considerate in letting us know about water usage and even noise levels for our young child. They were also very fast and finished the job in about 90 minutes (from diagnosis to out the door). On the phone, Jordan has made every effort to schedule our appointments as soon as possible with respect to our calendars. I didn't feel hurried at all. Feels like a locally-owned business that appreciates and respects their customers. We won't go elsewhere.
