For a large design-build project on the North Shore, the stated history since 1987 and the design capability alongside construction are the reasons to shortlist them. Ask for three recent projects at your scale that you can visit, get the registration and licence numbers so you can check them yourself, and ask for references from owners whose jobs finished in the past two years.
