Palmisano Roofing & Construction

Palmisano Roofing & Construction is a small Wilmington, Massachusetts outfit that BuildZoom lists under owner Mark Palmisano. The one customer account on file dates to 2014: a homeowner reported a full roof replacement — a $10,000 job wrapped up in two days — and called it a very professional job. Beyond that single review, the public record here is thin. BuildZoom currently lists the company's Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration (#182361) as inactive, citing state consumer-affairs records showing it was at one point cancelled — worth confirming directly before hiring. With only one review on file and nothing more recent showing up, it's worth asking about current licensing status and getting a couple of references before signing anything.
