Palmisano Roofing & Construction has almost no public paper trail, and what exists is old. The single written account of its work is a 2014 BuildZoom review from a homeowner who had a new roof put on for $10,000 in two days and called the job professional. That is the whole customer voice on file — twelve years old, one person. BuildZoom lists the company at 39 Main St in Wilmington, with Mark Palmisano as owner, and shows two roofing permits: a strip-and-reroof in Methuen in 2017 for $7,500 and another in Arlington in 2000. The same directory also lists a Massachusetts licence, number 182361, and shows it as expired since June 2019 and inactive — but BuildZoom describes that one number two different ways on the same page, calling it a roofer licence in one place and a home improvement contractor registration in another. None of it has been confirmed against the state registry, so treat the licence line as the directory's claim rather than a settled fact, in either direction. What to do before calling: ask for the current registration number and check it yourself with the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs, and ask for recent references — the newest documented job here is from 2017. A roofer with a decade of work behind them should be able to point to houses finished this year.
