Typical permit value sits near $58,875, with work reaching Danvers, Malden, Wakefield, Topsfield and Arlington between 2018 and 2025. Houzz puts a typical job anywhere from $10,000 to a million and shows 31 project galleries alongside seven Houzz awards. The scores are high but narrow: 5.0 from 24 ratings, all on Houzz. BBB grades the company A+, though it is not accredited there. Two practical things before you call. The contact details do not line up across sources — BBB shows 186 Mill St and 781-365-1090, BuildZoom shows 8 Dolores Drive and 781-938-0095, Houzz gives 617-462-1104 — so confirm which entity and which number you are actually dealing with. And the licence numbers are directory entries only: BuildZoom lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration 199593 as active as of March 2026 and an older 152706 as inactive, while Houzz prints 88913. Ask which registration covers your job, and check it at the state yourself. For a Burlington-area kitchen or a new build, the permit trail is the most useful thing here — specific, recent, and checkable at the town hall. Do the entity and licence homework first.
