Panzeri Design & Build

Panzeri Design & Build is a small, newer outfit in Watertown, run by Seichelle Pancieri Vermelho, who Thumbtack lists as background-checked with a two-person crew and two years in business. The one review on file, from August 2024, describes the crew painting the walls of an apartment and leaving it looking clean afterward — the customer specifically called out how tidy they left the place when they were done and named Seichelle a general contractor worth hiring again. Thumbtack's own service list for the business centers on bathroom work: repairing and installing tile, cabinets and fixtures. There isn't much else to go on yet — a single review and a two-year track record, both on one platform. Before booking, it's worth asking directly about recent bathroom-remodel projects specifically, since the one review on file is about a painting job rather than the tile and cabinet work the profile lists. For a small painting job or a bathroom component repair in the Watertown area, Panzeri looks worth a call — just confirm current availability and ask to see recent work in the specific trade you need.
