Papken Corporation

Papken Corporation is a Peabody, Massachusetts plumbing company with a small, mixed public record. In a 2024 review, a customer described poor workmanship on a building project and said the company stopped responding when asked to return for warranty work within the one-year period, leaving them to pay out of pocket to fix the mistakes themselves. An earlier review, from 2023, described the opposite experience: a customer who needed an urgent plumber said Papken was responsive, available quickly, pleasant to deal with, and fairly priced, and said they'd use them again. With only two written reviews on file and a clear split between them, it's worth asking directly about warranty terms and getting anything promised in writing before booking.
